It is a ray of hope for the rebalancing of power in international relations as Russia prepares to test a new nuclear missile. But Russia must never forget that is has a faltering economy to manage. And that requires the diversification of it's economy from oil and weapons. Not saber rattling with it's neighbours.
that is a very articulate and well developed comment of yours. Russia really needs to restore it's failing economy, it's demographic crisis and a whole range of complex issues. Saber rattling and hardline policies by the Russian establishment will only push Russia's neighbors toward the US for security and EU for economic assurances. Besides it will also strengthen the argument of European to diversify it's energy resources, thus depriving it of hard cash.
